Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please email us straight away at orders@yungvibes.com and your issue will be dealt with.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to return it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unused;
  • in the same condition that you received it & and packaged 
  • You must include your receipt or proof of purchase.
You can change the size or colour of your items. If you prefer to exchange for another product, you need to ask for a return and make a new purchase. Any issues email us at orders@yungvibes.com.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item.

If you have received an item that’s been damaged in the post, please contact us right away with details of the issue so that we can investigate.
